His exit finalizes Puig’s integration of the brand. Glossier Chief Executive Officer Kyle Leahy will exit her role by the end of 2025 after a three-year tenure. In 2022 Leahy succeeded founder Emily Weiss in the role. Her departure follows a string of senior exits over the past year, including the brand’s chief commercial officer, chief marketing officer, and creative leadership. Leahy will retain her board seat through 2026 and is working with the board to identify a successor.Ulta Beauty announced Chris Lialios, the company’s Senior Vice President, Controller, has been named Interim Chief Financial Officer.
