Shiseido announced a leadership reshuffle, which will result in changes to its executive officer structure and Japan Region leadership. Executive departures at Glossier continue. Procter & Gamble will cut 7,000 jobs over two years, in addition to a 15% reduction in its non-manufacturing workforce. The conglomerate will also consider divesting brands or reducing assortments as part of a restructuring program.Galderma, the pure-play leader in the dermatology category, is relocating its US headquarters to Miami, Florida, and anticipates having approximately 150 employees, including US leadership roles, based there by 2028.Ben Gorman, the founder of the Swedish fragrance label Byredo, is stepping down as Puig completes its takeover. Gorham had agreed to stay on through mid-2025 as part of Puig’s acquisition terms, maintaining creative oversight during the transition. His exit finalizes Puig’s integration of the brand. Glossier Chief Executive Officer Kyle Leahy will exit her role by the end of 2025 after a three-year tenure. In 2022 Leahy succeeded founder Emily Weiss in the role. Her departure follows a string of senior exits over the past year, including the brand’s chief commercial officer, chief marketing officer, and creative leadership. Leahy will retain her board seat through 2026 and is working with the board to identify a successor.Ulta Beauty announced Chris Lialios, the company’s Senior Vice President, Controller, has been named Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lialios succeeds Paula Oyibo, who has left the company. The retailer has commenced an external search for a permanent successor with the assistance of a leading executive search firm.
